In the afternoon we will invite key note speakers on ‘personalized food’, present the
results of each table from the morning session and
address food relevant attention. Early speakers to be announced are
Aniko Korosi (UvA/SILS) about diets enriched with micronutrients or fatty acids preventing early life stress-induced effects and
Johan Limbergen (AMC) will talk about new diet (Crohn’s disease Exclusion Diet) which focuses on changing the composition of your microbiome.
